1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using B2B Buzz services, operated by 365 Digital Media Group ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

B2B Buzz provides multi-channel B2B client acquisition services, including but not limited to:

  • Ideal Client Profile (ICP) research and targeting
  • Multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
  • Lead generation and qualification
  • Meeting booking and scheduling
  • Campaign optimization and reporting

3. Service Terms

3.1 No Long-Term Contracts: Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time with no penalties.

3.2 No Setup Fees: We do not charge upfront setup fees for onboarding or technical configuration.

3.3 Payment Terms: Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and target market
  • Respond to qualified leads in a timely manner
  • Grant necessary access to platforms (LinkedIn, email) as required
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

5. Results and Guarantees

While we use proven strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific results such as a set number of meetings, leads, or closed deals. Results may vary based on your industry, offer, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and materials provided by B2B Buzz remain the intellectual property of 365 Digital Media Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation continues after termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 365 Digital Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 365 Digital Media Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
